芝香木薯糕 Cheesy Cassave Kueh


自有次无意间买到芝士口味的木薯糕后
我就一直对它念念不忘
 想再次购买时却没卖了
 一直在网上寻找类似的食谱
 可是却毫无头绪
 之前做过一款加入奶油芝士的
 可是不是我印象中的味道
 直到最近再次吃到
 我才忽然觉悟是加了切达芝士
 终于这次做到了我想要的味道
 就是有点甜
 不吃甜的记得要减糖哦~ 


材料(9寸方模) Ingredients (9" Square Mold):
1kg 磨碎木薯 Grated Cassave
200g 细砂糖 Castor Sugar
2pcs 鸡蛋 Eggs
3tbsp 炼乳 Sweet Condensed Milk
240ml 浓椰浆 Thick Coconut Milk
100g 无盐牛油(隔水融化) Unsalted Butter (Melted)
150g 切达芝士丝  Grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4tsp  盐 Salt


做法 Method:
1. 将所有材料拌匀,倒入已抹油的烤模。
Mix all ingredients until well combined, pour batter into a greased baking pan.

2. 把烤馍盖上锡纸,放入预热烤箱,以180度蒸烤20分钟。
Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil, put into preheat oven, bake with 180 Celsius for 20 minutes.

3. 将木薯糕取出,拿走锡纸,在木薯糕表面抹上牛油,继续烤20分钟至熟或表面呈金黄色。
 Take out the cassava kueh, remove the aluminum foil, brush a layer of butter on top of the kueh, continue bake the cassave kueh for 20 minutes till cooked or golden brown.

4. 取出,待凉切片享用。
Remove from oven and let it cool completely before cutting.
