1. 峇拉煎蛋糕层:将牛油和幼糖打发,逐粒加入鸡蛋打匀,再加入其它材料搅拌均匀。<br />
Kek Belacan: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, add in egg one at a time and mix well. Add in all others ingredients and mix till well combined.<br />

2. 将面糊倒入已涂油的蛋糕模,盖上锡纸,放入烧开水的蒸锅以中小火蒸约45分钟或至熟。<br />
Pour batter into a greased cake mold, cover with aluminium foil, steam over boiling water using low heat for about 45minutes or until cooked.<br />

3. 青苔蛋糕层:将牛油和幼糖打发,逐粒加入鸡蛋打匀,再加入其它材料搅拌均匀。<br />

Add in egg one at a time and mix throughly.<br />

3. 加入香兰咖椰,搅拌均匀。<br />
Add in pandan kaya, mix well.<br />

4. 加入动物性鲜奶油,拌匀。<br />
Add in whipping cream, mix well.<br />

5. 拌入已过筛的低精面粉,混合均匀。<br />
Fold in sifted low protein flour, mix till well combined.<br />

6. 将面糊分成两份。<br />
Divide batter into two equal portions.<br />

7. 将一份面糊加入材料B,拌匀成为香兰面糊。<br />
Add in ingredients B to one part of the batter, mix well.<br />

8. 将材料C打软,加入另外一份面糊成为芝士面糊。<br />
Beat ingredients C until soft, add in another part of batter.<br />
<br />
9. 烧开水,将已涂油的蛋糕模蒸热,倒入200g香兰面糊,以中小火蒸约7分钟至表层不粘手。<br />
Grease steaming tray, pour 200g of pandan batter into the steaming tray and steam for 7minutes or until cooked.<br />
<br />
10. 倒入200g芝士面糊,再蒸7分钟左右,用同样的方式把面糊轮流蒸完为止,最后一层需蒸15-20分钟。<br />
Pour 200g of cheese batter on top of the pandan cake, steam for about 7minutes. Repeat till all the batter finish. Steam 15-20minutes for final layer.<br />

Beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. <br />

Add in melted cooking chocolate, mix well. <br />

<b>材料 Ingredients:</b><br />
140g 低筋面粉 Cake Flour<br />
1/2tsp 发粉 Baking Powder <br />
80g 糖 Sugar <br />
2pcs 鸡蛋 Eggs <br />
1tbsp 蜂蜜 Honey <br />
1tbsp 溶化牛油 Melted Butter <br />
5tbsp 牛奶 Milk <br />

<b>做法 Method:</b><br />
1. <b> </b>将鸡蛋和糖搅拌均匀后,加入蜂蜜和溶化牛油,拌匀。<br />
In a large bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Add in honey and melted butter, mix well. <br />
<br />
2. 筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,并搅拌均匀。(搅拌至无颗粒即可,切勿过度搅拌)<br />
Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix all together.<br />
<br />
3. 放入冰箱冷藏约15分钟。<br />
Keep in the fridge to rest for 15 minutes.<br />
<br />
4. 从冰箱取出后,一匙一匙的加入牛奶调整浓稠度,至成表面光滑,滴落下来痕迹很快消失的面糊即可。<br />
Take out from fridge and add in milk one tbsp by one tbsp until the batter is smooth. <br />
<br />
5. 以小火预热一个不粘平底锅,用厨房纸巾抹上少许食油。<br />
Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat. Dip a paper
towel in cooking oil and coat the bottom of the pan with the oil. <br />
<br />
6. 舀一汤匙面糊入锅中,以小火煎至底部上色后翻面,煎至两面熟透后取出待凉。<br />
Pour a scoop of the batter onto the pan, when the surface of the batter starting to bubble, flip onto the other side and let it cook till done.Once done, remove the dorayaki pancake from the pan and let it cool. <br />

7. 取一片饼皮,抹上适量馅料,用另外一片饼皮盖上,稍微压一下即可。<br />
Scoop a heaping spoon of filling and place it in the center of
the one the pancakes. Slightly spread the red bean paste to the side,
but ensuring the center is slightly higher. Sandwich with another piece
of pancake, gently pieces together. Ready to serve. <br />

Wash lemons thoroughly with some salt and let them air dry or pat dry with paper towels. <br />

3. 将柠檬切除两头后切成薄片,放入玻璃罐内。<br />
Cut off and discard the ends of the lemons and slice them thinly, layer the lemon slices in the jar. <br />

4. 倒入蜂蜜至盖过柠檬片。<br />
Pour in enough honey to cover the lemon slices. <br />
<br />
5. 盖紧瓶盖,放入冰箱冷藏。<br />
Close the lid tightly and place in the fridge.<br />

6. 每天用干净的汤匙搅拌一下或直接把玻璃罐上下翻动,确保腌渍均匀。<br />
Use a clean spoon to scoop the lemons and honey from the bottom

Put suitable amount of sugar syrup in a glass, amount of syrup depend on personal sweetness preference.<br />
