冰糖炖梨 Stewed Pear with Rock Sugar



大儿子咳了两、三天
咳得我的心也痛了
可是他就是不愿意吃药
只好做了冰糖炖梨
希望能减轻他的咳嗽

材料 Ingredients:
梨子 Pear (Any variety)
冰糖 Rock Sugar
清水 Plain Water

做法 Method: 

1.将梨子清洗干净,去皮去核,切块。
 Rinse the pear well. Peel its skin, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

2. 在炖盅里放入梨子和冰糖,加入些许清水。
 Place pears and rock sugar in a stew pot, add some plain water.

3. 以小火炖大约40分钟至梨子软。
Cook on low heat for approximately 40 minutes until the pears are soft.

4. 趁温食用。
Serve warm.
