红枣茶 Red Dates Tea


  
红枣茶不但能补气血
还能明目
很适合需要经常熬夜
或在电脑面前工作的姐妹们


材料 Ingredients:
6pcs          红枣      Red Dates
4pcs          桂圆      Dried Longan
2tbsp         枸杞      Goji Berries
500ml        清水      Plain Water   



做法 Method:
1. 将红枣、桂圆和枸杞冲洗干净,备用。
 Rinse red dates, dried longan and goji berries, place aside.

2.  锅内放入适量清水,加入红枣、桂圆和枸杞煮约15分钟至水的颜色转黄。
Add all the ingredients into a pot and cook for about 15 minutes till the tea is golden brown color.

3. 将全部材料和红枣茶倒入保温壶,要喝时倒出。
 Pour the the tea (includes all other ingredients) into a warmer, pour out as needed.
