做法 Method:
1. 根护包装指示煮通心粉。
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions.
2. 红葱剥去褐色外皮后切片,备用。
Peel and trim the shallot, sliced thinly.
Peel, trim and rinse the shallots whole. Let dry thoroughly on a paper towel.

3. 红萝卜洗净,去皮刨丝。
Rinse carrot, peel and shredded.
4. 锅内放入适量油,烧热,爆香红葱。
Heat cooking oil in a wok until hot, saute shallot till fragant.
5. 放入肉碎和红萝卜丝,翻炒至断生, 移至锅边。
Add in minced meat and shredded carrot, stir fry until cooked., slide to the side.
5. 倒入蛋液, 炒散,和其它配料炒匀,以少许盐调味。
Pour in beaten egg, stir until cooked, mix in other cooked ingredients and season with salt.
7. 加入通心粉,炒匀即可。
Add in cooked macaroni, stir around to mix evenly.
