巧克力酱玛芬 Nutella Muffin



材料 Ingredients:
280g      Nutella
4nos      鸡蛋  Eggs
80g       自发面粉   Self Raising Flour

做法 Method:
1. 将自发面粉过筛,备用。
 Sieve self raising flour, set aside.

2. 鸡蛋打散,加入Nutella酱搅拌均匀。
Slightly beat eggs with fork, add in Nutella, mix well.

3. 加入面粉,拌匀。
Fold in sifted flours, mix till well blended.

4. 倒入纸杯,八分满。
Fill muffin cup with the batter for about 3/4 full.

5. 放入预热烤箱,以160度烘20分钟或至熟。
Put into pre-heat oven, bake with 160 celcius for 20 minutes or until cooked.

    1. 用竹签或蛋糕测试器插入中心,如果拔出时没有粘上蛋糕糊就是已经烤好 ^^
