自制炼乳 Homemade Sweetened Condensed Milk



材料 Ingredients:
250ml     牛奶 Milk
100g       白糖 White Sugar



做法 Method:
1. 把全部材料放入厚底锅,以中小火煮至滚。
In a heavy-bottom pot, bring the milk and sugar to a boil over medium low heat.

2. 转小火煮至稍微浓稠,需经常搅拌以避免底部烧焦。
Reduce the heat to low and cook until slightly thicken, stir frequently to avoid burnt. 

3. 待凉后即可装入干净的容器,放进冰箱。
Remove the pot from heat and let the milk cool, transfer the milk to a clean container and keep in the fridge.

牛奶燕麦粥 Milky Oat Porridge



材料 Ingredients:
5tbsp     燕麦片     Rolled Baby Oat
150ml     清水     Water
150ml     牛奶     Milk
2tsp     糖     Sugar
1/8tsp     盐     Salt


做法 Method:
1.  锅内放入清水和燕麦,搅拌均匀,以小火煮至滚。
 Combine rolled baby oat and water in a pot over low heat and bring to a boil.

2. 倒入牛奶,加入糖和盐,不停的搅拌,以小火煮至熟。
 Add in milk, sugar and salt, stir nonstop and cook over low heat till done.
