水果沙拉 Fruit Salad



好久都没做水果沙拉了
这次是为了清掉冰箱里的水果而做
所以有什么就放什么
这一次用了苹果、梨子和葡萄


材料 Ingredients:
水果 Fruit 
水果沙拉酱 Fruit Salad Dressing
甜炼乳 Sweetened Condensed Milk


做法 Method:
1. 将水果洗净,有需要去皮的就去皮,然后切小块。

2. 水果沙拉酱加入适量甜炼乳,搅拌均匀。

3. 把沙拉酱倒在水果上拌匀即可。

焦糖蜂巢蛋糕 (蒸) Caramel Honeycomb Cake (Steamed)

材料(7寸模) Ingredients (7" Mold): 
90g  砂糖 Castor Sugar
120ml  清水 Plain Water
50g  牛油  Butter
60g  炼乳 Sweet Condensed Milk
80g  低筋面粉 Low Protein Flour
1tbsp  奶粉 Milk Powder
1/2tsp  苏打粉 Bicarbonate of Soda
1/2tsp  发粉  Baking Powder
3pcs  鸡蛋 Eggs


做法 Method: 
1. 低筋面粉、奶粉、苏打粉和发粉过筛备用。
Sift low protein flour,  milk powder, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder, set aside.

2. 砂糖放入锅内以小火煮至褐色成焦糖。
 Caramelize castor sugar over low heat in a saucepan until its golden brown

 3. 将清水慢慢倒入煮好的焦糖,搅拌直焦糖完全融化,离火。
 Add water to the caramel,

 4. 趁热加入牛油,搅拌至融化。
Melt butter in hot syrup. 

5. 加入炼乳, 拌匀。
Add in sweet condensed milk, mix well.

6. 拌入分类,搅拌均匀。
Fold in flours, mix well. 

7. 加入稍微打散的蛋液,拌匀。
Add slightly beaten eggs,  mix until well combined.

8. 将面糊过筛,倒入预先涂油的模子,静置20分钟。
Strain batter, pour in a greased mold, let stand at room temperature for 20minutes.

 9. 盖上铝箔纸,以中火蒸30分钟或至熟。
Cover with aluminum foils and steamed over middle heat for 30minutes or until cooked.

简易意大利面 Easy Creamy Spaghetti





材料 Ingredients:
意大利面   Spaghetti
 Prego 牌子 Cheese & Herbs 酱     Prego's Cheese & Herbs Sauce
 火腿(切条状)  Ham (Cut into strips)

做法 Method:
1. 意大利面根据包装上的指示准备好, 备用。
Cook spaghetti according to package instruction, set aside. 

2. 锅内倒入酱料,加入火腿和适量水。
 In a wok, pour in the sauce, add ham and enough water.

3. 以大火煮至沸腾后转小火煮约5分钟。
Bring the sauce to a boil and reduce to simmer for about 5minuts.

4. 加入意大利面混合即可。
Mix in spaghetti and serve immediately.

牛油果奶昔 Avocado Smoothie



 牛油果被列为营养最丰富的水果
 搭配牛奶
 就是简单且健康的早餐

 
材料 Ingredients:
牛油果 Avocado
 牛奶 Milk
 糖 Sugar



做法 Method: 
1. 将牛油果切半取出种子,用汤匙挖出果肉。
 Cut avocado in half and remove the pit, scoop out the flesh using a spoon.

 2.  把所有材料放入搅拌机搅拌成顺滑的奶昔。
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth. 

3. 倒入杯子并尽快喝完。
Pour into glass and serve immediately.

清炒豆芽

材料:
豆芽
蒜蓉
江鱼仔


做法:
1. 豆芽将尾部去掉洗净。

 2. 热锅,放入适量油,爆香蒜蓉和江鱼仔。


3. 倒入豆芽,大火翻炒至断生。

4. 起锅前放入少许盐,翻炒均匀即可。


 小小贴士
 此菜必须用大火爆炒,火小或是炒就了会出很多汤,影响口感。还有,一定要后放盐,放早了一样会出汤的。

铜锣烧 Dorayaki



材料 Ingredients:
140g 低筋面粉 Cake Flour
1/2tsp 发粉 Baking Powder
80g 糖 Sugar
2pcs 鸡蛋 Eggs
1tbsp 蜂蜜 Honey
1tbsp 溶化牛油 Melted Butter
5tbsp 牛奶 Milk

做法 Method:
1.  将鸡蛋和糖搅拌均匀后,加入蜂蜜和溶化牛油,拌匀。
 In a large bowl, combine eggs and sugar. Add in honey and melted butter, mix well.

2. 筛入低筋面粉和泡打粉,并搅拌均匀。(搅拌至无颗粒即可,切勿过度搅拌)
Sift flour and baking powder into the bowl and mix all together.

3.  放入冰箱冷藏约15分钟。
Keep in the fridge to rest for 15 minutes.

4. 从冰箱取出后,一匙一匙的加入牛奶调整浓稠度,至成表面光滑,滴落下来痕迹很快消失的面糊即可。
Take out from fridge and add in milk one tbsp by one tbsp until the batter is smooth. 

5.  以小火预热一个不粘平底锅,用厨房纸巾抹上少许食油。
Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat. Dip a paper towel in cooking oil and coat the bottom of the pan with the oil.

6.  舀一汤匙面糊入锅中,以小火煎至底部上色后翻面,煎至两面熟透后取出待凉。
Pour a scoop of the batter onto the pan, when the surface of the batter starting to bubble, flip onto the other side and let it cook till done.Once done, remove the dorayaki pancake from the pan and let it cool.

7.  取一片饼皮,抹上适量馅料,用另外一片饼皮盖上,稍微压一下即可。
Scoop a heaping spoon of filling and place it in the center of the one the pancakes. Slightly spread the red bean paste to the side, but ensuring the center is slightly higher. Sandwich with another piece of pancake, gently pieces together. Ready to serve.

柠檬蜂蜜 Honey Lemon


材料 Ingredients:
柠檬 Lemon
蜂蜜 Honey

做法 Method:
 1. 玻璃罐用滚水烫过,晾干备用。同时也要把刀和砧板洗净,沥干。
Wash jar with hot water and let air dry. Clean the knife and cutting board, let air dry.

2. 柠檬沾上少许水,用食盐搓表皮片刻,冲洗干净后抹干或风干。
Wash lemons thoroughly with some salt and let them air dry or pat dry with paper towels.

3. 将柠檬切除两头后切成薄片,放入玻璃罐内。
Cut off and discard the ends of the lemons and slice them thinly, layer the lemon slices in the jar.

4. 倒入蜂蜜至盖过柠檬片。
Pour in enough honey to cover the lemon slices.

5. 盖紧瓶盖,放入冰箱冷藏。
Close the lid tightly and place in the fridge.

6. 每天用干净的汤匙搅拌一下或直接把玻璃罐上下翻动,确保腌渍均匀。
Use a clean spoon to scoop the lemons and honey from the bottom and drizzle them on top or shake it so the lemon juices can mix well with the honey.

7. 三天后即可泡水喝。
Ready to consume (dilute with water) after 3 days.

三色奶茶 Teh C Peng Special (3 Layer Milk Tea)


加了亚答糖的奶茶
比普通的奶茶还要好喝
大热天时喝上一杯
冰冰的
很是过瘾



材料 Ingredients:
亚答糖 Gula Apong
淡奶 Evaporated Milk
无糖浓茶 Sugarless Brewed Tea
冰块 Ice Cubes

做法 Method:
1. 亚答糖加入少许热水,搅拌至融化成糖浆。
Add a little hot water to gula apong, stir until dissolved to form sugar syrup.

2. 玻璃杯内加入适量亚答糖浆,分量依据个人甜度喜好。
Put suitable amount of sugar syrup in a glass,  amount of syrup depend on personal sweetness preference.

3. 将冰块填满杯子,慢慢倒入淡奶。
Add ice cubes until it fills up the glass, pour evaporated milk gradually.

4. 加入无糖浓茶。
Fill the glass with sugarless brewed tea.

仙草C Cincau C


炎热的天气
来杯冷冷的仙草C降降暑

材料 Ingredients:
仙草 Grass Jelly (Cincau)
糖浆 Syrup
淡奶 Evaporated Creamer (Susu C)
冰块 Ice Cube

做法 Method:
1. 仙草切成小丁,备用。
Cut grass jelly into small cube, set aside.

2.  杯内放入适量糖浆。
Add some sugar syrup into a cup.

3. 放入冰块。
Add in ice cube.

4.缓缓倒入淡奶。
Pour evaporated creamer gradually into the cup.

5. 加上仙草。
Add on grass jelly.

 6. 搅拌均匀即可食用。
Mix well and ready to drink.


糖浆 Sugar Syrup
1. 将白糖和清水以2:1的比例煮至白糖完全融化。
Combine 2part sugar to 1part water and heat until dissolved.

2. 待凉即可。
Allow to cool.

p/s 懒人做法: 将白糖和热水以2;1 的比例混合,搅拌至白糖完全融化。
Easy method: Combine 2part sugar to 1part hot water, stir until dissolved.

法式吐司三明治 Ham & Cheese French Toast



材料 Ingredients:
面包片 Bread Slices
火腿 Ham
芝士片 Cheese Slices
鸡蛋 Egg
牛奶 Milk
炼乳 Sweetened Condensed Milk


做法 Method:
1. 将火腿蒸熟备用,如果买现吃的火腿就省略这一步骤。

2. 鸡蛋打散,加入适量牛奶,拌匀。

 3. 加入少许炼乳调味。

4. 把火腿放在一片面包上,放上芝士片,在加上一片火腿,最后盖上一片面包。

5. 把做好的三明治蘸满奶蛋液。

6. 平底锅小火加热,放入少许牛油,溶化后将面包两面煎至金黄色即可。
