自制淡奶 Homemeade Evaporated Milk




1. 以双层锅不加盖的方式将牛奶加热。
Using a double boiler, heat the milk uncovered with the water boiling vigorously.

2. 不时搅拌牛奶,加热至牛奶的份量剩下一半。
Stir the milk from time to time, reduce the milk by at least 1/2.

3. 熄火后将淡奶过滤。
Remove the milk from heat and strained.

4. 淡奶冷却后即可装入干净的罐子,放入冰箱。
Once the milk is completely cooled, pour it into a clean container and keep in the fridge.

  3. 可以耐放几久?罐头的开了不耐放。可以用奶粉泡成奶水来做吗?谢谢

    1. 我也不确定可以放多久,每次都是做不多,放在冰箱,不到一个星期就用完了。用奶粉泡成奶水来做我没有试过不懂行不行 ^^
